1973 Harley Davidson Shovelhead Chopper for sale

Matching numbers frame and Motor '73 FX HD with clear WI title. Not a Special Construction, etc. title. Runs and Rides good. Has a few paint issues and the clutch needs going through. Lots of custom and high quality parts.
$10,000 obo.

I would also consider partial trade of another Harley Davidson, preferably Panhead or Generator Bottom Shovelhead. But I will consider any HD, even crashed or basket cases.

Ironhead CHOPPIN

I got it runnin with a Carb rebuild and a couple well placed wacks to the starter with a rubber mallet. They always come apart easy. Put this peanut tank on from an aborted project and some 7/8 apes. Now I gotta order the hardtail.

Job one is get the bike outa the corner where it's been for 3 years. Job two I rebuild CV Carb and figure out why starter doesn't engage the ring gear properly. Hopefully it'll start..

Hang in there!!

Well, the bitter,icy clutches of winter are upon us and things are dark indeed .

Yet the dreaded holidays are in the rear veiw for another year at least,and now is the time to dig into our projects and prepare  for the promise of the returning summer in all it's balmy,blazing glory.Like the rumble of distant thunder that grows ever nearer,till you see yer brothers burst from the shimmering horizon.Triumphant on shining steeds that bellow this fabled freedom song.Dream big,work hard and do it Sconnie style.Hang in there.
