Milling

The problem with parts off new bikes is that they don't fit on old bikes. We're taking some meat off this softtail caliper so it fits a dual flange wheel.

Even a girl can do it.

Not so flat top

Well …here's my first shot at pounding out the flat spot on a sporty tank. Used a shot bag and teardrop mallet. Still needs a ton of metal bumping, but pretty happy so far.

More Choppin

Pat's bike got a narrowed fender with a little taper and an aluminum oil tank. Now I gotta make a battery box and wedge it behind the trany.

Custom Mids

I made these foot controls for Steve's slab side shovel. Alot more comfortable and better looking than the forwards that were on it. And pretty sexy with all those speed holes. The shifter side is made to clear the old tin style primary cover, but he just didn't have it on there at the time.
